Melbourne Cup Day

Today is 2/11/2010 which is a very special date because of Melbourne Cup Day.

My amazing school

The things we have at school are:

1. A science teacher who also teaches us other things like maths
2. A fabulous classroom
3. A hall for doing lots of fun stuff like PE practice (when its raining), assembly and sometimes we get to watch movies there
4. A PE teacher who gives us lots of cool activities 
5. A chess club on Tuesday at lunchtime. It takes nearly the whole of lunch time to play a game. Once I got a silver medal.
6. An art class room and teacher. She is fabulous because she also lets us play the piano and we get to do really awesome drawings
7. Mini-halls and portables
8. 4 roads around the school
9. A vege garden
10. An oval for sport activities, footy and soccer and Kelly Sports
11. A giant chess set. The pieces are taken out on Thursdays and Fridays.

My least favourite things

A list of stuff I really hate.

1. Fighting with my sister, Ella.
2. When I don't have anyone to play with.
3. When someone invades my privacy.
4. Being left out of everything.
5. When someone is a space invader.
6. Being sent to the corner.
7. When people don't want to be my friends.
8. Being interrupted (especially during a test).
9. Fish (except for salmon)
10. When people say "You can never be that" or other mean things.
11. When people don't let me concentrate and think.
12. Macaroni.
13. When Ella doesn't share her party food with me.
14. When Ella has a tantrum.
15. When I feel like nobody cares about me.

What Ella (My sister) Doesn't Like

Here are some of her least favourite things:

1. Scary things
2. Yucky food
3. Vegetables (except for cucumber)
4. Being left out of play-time
5. Butter
6. Losing a star from her star chart
7. Being sent to the corner
8. When I feel lonely.
9. When I fall over.
10. Being interrupted.
11. Losing in games.
12. When people don't let her wear what she wants.
13. When I don't have enough money to buy stuff.
14. When people ignore her.

Me and Catdog

Thursday 10th June
On Thursday I took Catdog to Milli's.   It was great fun.  My teacher Rikki, as you can see in this photo, is very nice and played a game of bingo with us.  We also learn about Hebrew.

Tuesday 8th June
On Tuesday I went to swimming lessons.  Catdog ate some cheese flavoured rice wheels with me.  Dog was very greedy, so he ate most of them.

Saturday 12th of June
Me and Catdog went to Sorrento with Mum and Dad and Nanny and Pa and Uncle Brian and my sister Ella.  We played a game of Monopoly Junior against Nanny and Pa and we came second.
